Delivery Policy

1. How Delivery Works

  1. The vendor prepares the device and completes a pre-shipment checklist, including photos of the device and a security seal number
  2. An approved rider collects the device from the vendor
  3. The rider delivers the device to the buyer
  4. The buyer verifies the device against a delivery checklist and confirms receipt

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Same-day delivery in Lagos, where available
  • Next-day delivery within Lagos, standard
  • 2–5 business days for other Nigerian states
  • High-value transactions may require enhanced verification, which can add time to the process

3. Delivery Fees

  • Standard delivery fee: ₦2,000, included in the transaction total
  • Long-distance deliveries may carry an additional fee, shown before checkout
  • The delivery fee is non-refundable once the rider has collected the device from the vendor

4. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Complete the pre-shipment photo checklist for every order before rider pickup
  • Hand over the device to the assigned rider within 4 hours of payment confirmation
  • Failure to dispatch within this window results in an automatic refund to the buyer

5. Security Seals

  • Every shipment receives a unique security seal number, generated when the vendor completes the pre-shipment checklist
  • Buyers should verify the seal is intact before accepting delivery
  • A broken seal on arrival gives the buyer an immediate right to reject the delivery and open a dispute
  • When a delivery is rejected, the escrow remains frozen pending investigation

6. Failed Delivery

  • Riders are given a delivery window of up to 6 hours after pickup to complete delivery
  • If the rider cannot reach the buyer, the escrow is flagged for review
  • Buyers must be reasonably available to receive delivery within the delivery window communicated to them

7. Chain of Custody

Full photo and GPS evidence is collected at every transfer point — vendor handover, rider pickup, and rider delivery. This evidence is used to resolve disputes fairly and to establish exactly where and when a device changed hands.
